Set in a prime seafront location close to Alykes Village, this is the perfect holiday home for the beach lovers, friends, families & loved ones with a difference. With home-from-home comforts, the iconic home combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its three available bedrooms. Hideaway in style with every conceivable comfort at your fingertips, the iconic Villa offers impeccable design, featuring three sublime bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are captivating also, hanging above the sea, featuring a 60m2 Private Sea Water Pool with hydromassage features (that can be heated with an additional fee), a bespoke iconic Dining area, with BBQ ( Charcoal) making this villa a one-of-a-kind for unique gatherings.
This captivating villa lays in 200m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² private sea water swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, can be heated with an extra fee), also boasting hydromassage features, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area or lounge with a Gin Tonic in hand at the outdoor fire pit lounges. The Living Room & Kitchen area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the villa premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa features direct access to the beach.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts three bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with couch for one more guest to sleep & a fully equipped kitchen. An additional bathroom lays at the level of the living room. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the iconic villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds. The maximum capacity of this villa is 6 guests. Kindly note, that the bedrooms are located a level higher than the pool & living room, featuring their own private terrace.

The villa is part of a complex where one more villa is located. Esthesis Beachfront Villa I, is 1st in line. Each Villa features their own entrance & private pool & outdoor settings (some areas may be overlooked).

Important Note

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy

  • Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
  • Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March – Mid June & October, November.
  • Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
  • Additional Fees | 50 €/day
  • Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
  • Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Beach Access & Conditions

  • The beachfront directly in front of the complex features a pebbly shore. While not private, it remains open to the public, with locals often utilising their own sun-beds and umbrellas.
  • The beach’s condition may vary due to seasonal changes and weather patterns, which could affect its appearance and accessibility.
  • Some parts of your villa may have areas that are visible to others.
  • We have reserved an exclusive area near the beach for our guests (in-fornt of Esthesis Villa I) complete with sun-beds and umbrellas dedicated solely for those staying at Esthesis Villa I and Esthesis Villa II. This is a shared area for both our Villas.
  • Please note that the beach photo was captured during the low season when it was less crowded. During your stay, the beach is expected to be busier as it is accessible to the public.

House Rules

Notice to Guests:
This villa is situated within a quiet residential neighborhood. In accordance with local regulations and community standards, parties, events, and any gatherings causing noise or disturbance are strictly prohibited. Residents and authorities strictly enforce these rules to preserve the peaceful character of the area.

1. Quiet Hours
To preserve the peace of our neighborhood, please maintain low noise levels from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

3. Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No external visitors permitted.

5. Cleanliness
Keep the villa tidy. Additional cleaning fees will apply if extra cleaning is required beyond normal use.

7. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.

9. Behavior
Respect the neighbors. Offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

11. Consequences
Violating these rules may result in:
– Extra charges for damages or cleaning.
– Immediate eviction without refund.
– Notification of local authorities if necessary.

2. No Parties or Events
Parties, celebrations, or large gatherings are strictly forbidden. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

4. Respect for Property
Treat the villa and its contents with care. Any damages or missing items will be charged.

6. Safety and Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Do not tamper with fire safety equipment or smoke detectors.

8. Use of Amenities
Enjoy amenities responsibly. Follow any specific instructions provided (e.g., pool use).

10. Security Deposit
For bookings where the Primary Guest and/or all guests are under 25, a refundable 3.000€ security deposit applies. It is collected as per pre-arrival instructions (or upon arrival) and returned after check-out, subject to inspection.
